12TH INTERNATIONAL YED-İ VELAYET 7 PROVINCES SHORT FILM FESTIVAL OPENED ITS COMPETITIONS.

Short Film Script and Short Film competitions have started within the scope of the International Yed-i Velayet 7 Vilayet Short Film Festival, which will be held for the twelfth time this year. 

Within the scope of the competitions opened in 2 categories in the festival, 11 awards will be given. In the script competition opened within the scope of the festival, 7 best scripts on 7 given topics will be selected and awarded.  Applications for the script competition will end on May 1, 2025. 

In the short film competition, all short films that have ethical and aesthetic integrity and glorify human and human values will be accepted. Among the participating short films, the best 7 short films will be screened, and after the public screenings, the best films in 4 categories in the short film category will be awarded. The best fiction film, best animation, best documentary and best experimental film (honorable mention) will be awarded at the festival. Short Film Competition applications will end on May 1, 2025.

In the thematic screenplay competition, the festival, which takes 7 great personalities as the theme every year, this year focuses on 7 Turkish greats under the title of "Turkish Ancestors".
